In Studio Classes

Located in the new wellness studio, Health House in Rolesvile, NC, these group classes are intentionally designed to feel welcoming, expressive, and nourishing, not intimidating.

Becky’s approach blends:

  • Strength and sculpting

  • Fluid movement and creative expression

  • Stretching, mobility, and body awareness

 

All classes are adaptable and focus on moving in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.

Yoga Pose Stretch

Sculpt Yoga

Sculpt Yoga: Wednesdays, 1-2pm

A strength-based yoga class that blends mindful movement with toning exercises.

What to expect:

  • Yoga-inspired flows

  • Core strength and balance

  • Intentional pacing with options for all levels

Great for:
Those wanting strength + flow in one balanced class

Dance Class Session

Contemporary Dance

Contemporary Dance: Thursdays 9:45-10:45am

A creative, expressive movement class rooted in contemporary dance styles.

What to expect:

  • Guided movement sequences

  • Musicality and flow

  • Exploration of space, rhythm, and emotion

  • No dance experience required

Great for:
Anyone craving creativity, self-expression, and joyful movement

Stretch Class

Stretch Class: Thursdays, 1pm

A slower-paced class focused on flexibility, mobility, and relaxation.

What to expect:

  • Gentle stretching

  • Joint mobility and range-of-motion work

  • Breath awareness

  • A calming, grounding experience

Great for:
All levels, recovery days, stress relief, or pairing with more active classes
